Rosati`s in Oconomowoc

Tonight was our first experience with ordering curbside pick up from Rosatis, and I want to say that their staff was busting their butts to getting everyone’s order out fast! It was very much appreciated! There was another customer who was pretty impatient and rude to them which was disappointing. This is different and I cannot say thank you enough to Rosatis’ great customer service. People need to be more patient and understanding. They’re doing their best which I think was pretty great considering it’s something they’ve never had to go through before!

5 starts because I can't give them 10. We order Rosati's every time were in town to visit family. It's always great. Everything is amazingly delicios. They are the best.

The Deep Dish pizza was phenomenal. Lasagna was great as well. Prices and service were excellent 👍.

Love: Chicken parmesan sandwich oozing with mozzarella and marinara. A pasta salad side and pickle. Always satisfying!

Food is always very good. However eventhough the chicken is very good, I don't understand why it is a take out item only. Rosati's gets a full 5 stars from my wife and I.

Orderd ribs, pizza, and spaghetti with meet balls for delivery. Delivery guy very dry and no social skills. Ribs a bit dry and expected. Ribs. Pasta great as always and pizza delicious.

We both had pasta and salad. Food was great and service couldn't have been better.

I was 1st surprised on how busy it was, but Wow. Everything was perfect. It was a family get-together 10 of us. Our server Sally was spot ON !! The food was fabulous. Not one complaint. We will be back, family or not. 5 stars, I would give more if I could...thanks Sally!

Best garlic bread and alfredo I have ever had anywhere. Can't wait to come back. Service was great!

We went here for a party about five years ago and kept talking about going back, but it is further away than we might typically go for dinner. We were there a few Fridays ago and were reminded of why we were so impressed the first time. We ordered an XLarge pizza. We like to have some to take home. I don't think anyone, other than the Rustic Inn, makes a pizza this big. It was amazing! I saw the lasagna going to a table and have to go back for that. Just awesome food.We ate in the bar area and the service was wonderful. The bartender came over and made sure all was well. The server was attentive and friendly. We really enjoyed our experience all the day around, and now will make the drive. It is well worth it!

Service was great and so was the pizza and cheese bread. It was a busy Friday night, but we got seated and served quickly.

If you are in Wisconsin where this restaurant is I would highly recommend it this is the philly steak sub and I had 12 Buffalo wings they are really good and I had mine delivered to where I was and had no complaints that very fast quick service very quick on delivery foods great highly recommend

I worked at this pizza joint and I gotta say. If your looking to eats the most unsanitary food possible this is the place. The kitchen is kept dirty and rarely cleaned ever. The food is unsanitary and the people that prepare it are unprofessional and don’t care abou tqaulity

The flavor is there. Their food is great. The reason for 3 stars....delivery super slow....pizza undercooked 2 times ago and they forgot my fried eggplant...on Thursday we ordered delivery was told 45 min it was almost 1.5....pizza was cooked and they added a shrimp dinner instead of my eggplant. Also it was cold and bread a cold mess.Hubs didn't want to call again so we didn't. If they would get our order right...that would be great....if it arrived when they say....it would be better.Not sure how eggplant sounds like shrimp dinner?

I love their pizza. The one thing I can't stand is they are never close on a pick up time. Was supposed to be ready in 45 minutes ... This time they were 25 minutes late. Just be truthful and how long it'll take to finish

The food is pretty well prices and delicious. A nice casual place with a comfy bar. Lot's of TV's.

Have you ever had a double cheeseburger from here? You should, it's so delicious. They ask how would you like it cooked ?Now my Cheeseburger place....

Good fish fry. The fish has Italian breading on it, the coleslaw was ok, the garlic bread Delicious and the pasta had a good meat sauce on it. We ordered a salad and split it, the food was bountiful, tasty and enough for lunch the following day. Oh and the bartender makes a nice Korbel brandy old fashion with muddled cherries and oranges.

Plenty of parking just steps to the restaurant. There's a dining room with booths for 1 to 5, tables for 1 to 8 or 10. Or, you can sit at the bar or a table in the bar room. There's also a large meeting room for parties or meetings.I had ravioli with meat - very satisfying, tomato sauce was tasty - not acidic, not too sweet. The meal came with garlic bread and marinara which was hot, buttery, and tasty. We used the bread as an appetizer for 3.Service was expedient. My granddaughter enjoyed her spaghetti kids meal. My daughter-in-law had pizza, always wonderful.Old fashions, brandy, bourbon, Southern Comfort or whatever, were $4 yesterday evening.

Large selection of menu items. Chicken was tender and flavorful. Fries were done just right. Staff friendly and attentive.

Their sandwiches are fantastic! Try the italian sausage/beef combo!

Consistently DELICIOUS...Rosati's is our most frequent go to for Pizza!!!! We will be back...

Their deep dish pizza is terrific most of the time. Last night we ordered a deep dish pizza but got a pizza with the topping painted on, when informed management seemed responsive and apologetic.

A Monday afternoon. Not many people were there. Seated right away. The person that waited on us was very nice and you got the impression the folks in the restaurant were well taken care of. The food was great and not too much $$. Plenty of food for what you pay for.

Food was good, service good. It used to be so much better when they had older waitresses.

Friday night was packed. Yet friendly and helpful staff. Food was fresh and hot. I love their thin crust pizza. They have excellent ravioli. My husband enjoyed his lasagna.

The thin crust pizza is very good. The staff is waiting to assist with your order while you remain in your vehicle.

We had a booth right in front of the door way which was kind of cold sometimes. It was a Wednesday night so it wasn't very busy but there was adequate staff for the night. We had a good time nice atmosphere. The pasta we had was pretty tasty. The salad was good. The artichoke dip was a little too salty. Our service was a little not so great. We did yet served very quickly but I had to remind our server about the soup and salad we order to be brought out before the entrees. Also I had to ask to have my water a refilled. We did enjoy the quietness of the place.

Pizza was out of this world. I made reservations for 8 people and preordered. Staff was wonderful. They didn't even mind when I called back later to confirm I ordered things correctly. They were super attentive to us the whole time!

Ordered eggplant to go. Got home, and, it was beyond inedible. Took a few days for anyone to get back to me; they were very resistant regarding my refund. I sent a picture of it to my friend, who responded "that looks like delicious BBQ!" When I explained that it was actually eggplant, he gagged. Hoping it was a one time fluke.

Poor customer service!I ordered online, and at the end of my order, it said your session has ended and I got a notification from my bank that I had been charged. I had someone show up at the time we requested to pick up and they told us they didn't have the order.... So I had to call and place an order for delivery and send extra money for this... They never offered to make things right! In my mind, poor customer service.

The food is very good and fresh. The service is a little slower than it should be. The regulars were also making quite a scene. Would definitely come back.

Really good Italian food. The only disappointment was the Gluten Free pizza. Nothing to write home about..

Ordered a pizza from them was told it would take an hour . I called after an hour and 20 minutes was told that my pizza would be going out soon. I was surprised it wasn't out yet. If they would have told me it would take 2hrs I would be fine with it but since they couldn't communicate that would I go there again absolutely not. Talked to the manager he didn't seem to care.

We held my mom’s funeral luncheon at Rosati’s. Starting with the planning with Vanessa to the actual menu, everything was perfect. We got so many great comments from people. The food was plentiful and economical. The servers were always available and kept bringing out hot food. They were very flexible. I highly recommend them for any event.

Saturday was my first time at Rosati’s. The greeter was extremely friendly and welcoming and our waitress (Becca) was top-notch. Service was great all evening and the food was delicious. Pretty large portions as well. We’ll be back.

Food was delicious and served hot and fresh. Server was lovely and helpful. The prices are aimed towards a high end market, and they certainly deliver a high end experience. A definite Oconomowoc gem!

I ordered a Christmas lunch for my employees and when I returned to work to serve it to the team as well as vendors in for the day I received a call stating they gave me the wrong meal and they couldn’t come out to correct for at least 30-45min and I would need to come back. This is the second time this location has fine this for an important time sensitive work meal. When making that clear the employees demeanor made it see as if I was the issue and offered no apologies. During this time of year or anytime for that matter measures should be taken to make sure guest have a great experience and at least a apology or future offer is extended.

Love to eat here. Food is always good and staff is always great
